If you are looking for a way to make the videos on your WordPress website responsive, FItVids is what you are looking for!
FitVids for WordPress is an easy-to-use jQuery plugin to make WordPress video embeds (from YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) responsive.
Installing FitVids for WordPress
The plugin is very easy to set up. Once you install the plugin go to Appearance>FitVids
In this section you can:
1. Add jQuery from Google CDN: It’s unlikely that you need to “add” jQuery because WordPress comes with it and if you are using other plugins jquery might already be active.
2. Enter a jQuery selector: On this section you need to add the class of the div tag that will wrap the video. If you don’t have a class for videos, you can use “.post”, this way, all the videos within the post will be responsive.
After “saving” the changes, check that your videos are working.
If you don’t see any changes try checking “add jQuery from google CDN”.
